Autism for Parents and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for Parents
are short courses open to anyone.
Autism for Parents
The course is aimed at parents* and carers* of children with autism. However, the content including lots of videos of parents talking about the issues that concern them most, provides fantastic insight for anyone who supports a child with autism.

This short course is aimed at the parents and carers of children with autism. Other people may also find it helpful, such as other relatives and teachers.
We talked with parents of children who’ve been identified as falling on the autism spectrum, to identify the issues that concern them the most. We then interviewed a number of parents about those issues, and you can hear about their experiences in the videos throughout this short course.

This short course, aimed at parents and educators looks at the definitions and charecteristics of ADHD, causal and contributing factors, its impact in the classroom, assessment tasks and adjustments.
This free course will explore:
The definition of ADHD and its characteristics
The prevalence of ADHD, its possible causes and diagnosis
Support at home and in the school
Strengths of people with ADHD
