We believe in continuous learning and that the profession of teaching benefits greatly from lessons gathered from experience. As such, YarraMe’s courses are based on what we’ve learned from decades of practice.
Our professional learning courses meet the requirements of the Victorian Government’s Special Needs Plan. They contribute towards maintaining Proficient Teacher registration in Victoria and address the following descriptors in the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers:

Description: An introduction to the knowledge and skills educators need to support the teaching and learning requirements of students with behavioural and learning difficulties often associated with disrupted attachment and trauma.

Supporting Wellbeing and Mental Health in School
Description: This course aims to develop knowledge and understanding of mental health difficulties, their potential impact on student outcomes, and provide a range of approaches to support wellbeing and mental health in schools.
