Positive Partnerships Service

The Positive Partnerships Service provides support for the system around the child in their mainstream school.

Delivery of Service
This service is currently limited to state primary schools located in the North East Melbourne and Hume Merri-bek Areas of the
​North Western Victoria Region.

-1 day per week, 1 Term duration

**The Positive Partnerships Service attracts a Service Provision fee of $300.
**Yarra Me does not charge parents or carers a service fee. ​
